An attorney, investigator, higher education administrator, and organizational culture strategist, Regenea brings more than 15 years of experience navigating complex issues at the intersection of compliance, leadership, workplace culture, and civil rights. Regenea is a certified Title IX Coordinator, Qualified Administrator for the Intercultural Development Inventory(R) and an Intergroup Dialogue facilitator. Her professional background includes criminal and civil law, executive leadership, civil rights investigations, diversity and belonging strategy, policy development, and higher education administration.

Known for her signature approach, "Culture Beyond Compliance," Regenea helps organizations move beyond reactive, check-the-box solutions to create environments where accountability, belonging, and operational excellence can thrive together. Her work focuses on helping leaders identify organizational vulnerabilities, strengthen trust, reduce institutional risk, and build sustainable cultures that support both people and performance.

Regenea is an experienced facilitator, trainer, and speaker. She has provided consulting, leadership development, and keynote presentations for universities, school systems, nonprofits, government entities, and national organizations across the country.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Bowie State University and a Juris Doctor from the University of Tennessee College of Law and is licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
